Shawn Smith is a dynamic rock singer and his charismatic, yet unpretentious vocals are delivered with heart-pounding intensity, delicate subtlety, and an undeniable sense of melody. Smith credits much of his musical advancement to his father's guitar playing and singing, which started young Shawn toward a career in the music industry. Smith is an Austin native and he played guitar and sang with the Jack Rabbit King band before a fortunate encounter brought him to the attention of his Chamber 36 bandmates. Shawn has wide-ranging influences spanning multiple genres of music, but his distinctly modern musical sensibility combine with his youthful and vibrant attitude to help propel him to a high level of rock-motivated creativity.

Selton ColeSelton "Junior" Cole, Bass, Vocals

Absolutely soulful bass lines by Memphis native, Selton "Junior" Cole, are only a small part of this energetic performer's contribution to any musical effort.

Cole, 33, utilizes his many years of stage experience as a bass player and vocalist whose career has spanned the house party circuit of Memphis and Austin to headlining acts in L.A.'s hottest clubs.

Cole's bass playing transcends all limitations of the bottom end instrument and his musical charisma forces all eyes and ears to his talent for feats neither a bass player or his axe should be able to perform.

Cole's vocals and stage work excite and incite any crowd to jumping and thumping and he pays homage in his performance to every lick he ever learned from his high school jazz band to the big time.

Michael GonzalezLes Fisher, Drums, Vocals

The rock steady drumming of Les Fisher is second nature to a man who is a second generation star of the skins. Les picked up the sticks as a child and his talent was natural and inevitable. He grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan listening to the play of his drummer dad, who had been a star with the legendary Count Basie Orchestra before starting his own big band orchestra, which Les spent several years playing in. Les's crisp vocals and songwriting talent got a jump-start from his mothers side of the family. Eve Renee Fisher was a professional singer who tourerd with bands in the East and Midwest before raising her family. If you closed your eyes, you would not believe that the soulful and smooth voice that you are hearing is coming from the same man that you see laying down the groove.

Les's notorious backbeat in "The Live Music capital Of The World" has given him the opportunity to place his groove with musicians such as Patrice Pike, Bob Scheneider, and Vallejo. He also toured through Texas with legendary saxophonist Ronnie Laws. It is obvious while watching Les's awesome, high energy drumming performance that he always gives 110 percent whether he is playing in local bars or on a national tour. Les has been sought after for national tours by Sophie B. Hawkins, El Debarge, and George Clinton Parliament Funkadelik. More recently Les has been touring the West Coast and Midwest with the L.A based band, The Boneshakers and Randy Jacobs, former member of Was Not Was.

When not touring, Les is back in Austin working hard at his original band, Chamber 36. Chamber 36 was honored as the 2001 winner of Austin, TX's South X South West " Schmoozefest" with Best Single " Red Sun". Les's band also was selected to feature on the KLBJ 93.7FM Paradise Travel's " More Maui Madness Event" in Maui, Hawaii. Les's versatile, laid back attitude has a way of putting other musicians at ease, whether he is playing with an abrasive rock-n-roller or a smooth gospel singer.
